Return Policy

RETURN, RESTOCK, AND PACKAGING POLICY:

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of the rubber material and received on our dock no later than 7 business days from RMA issue date to qualify for return. To insure proper credit, all returned rubber materials must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA) marked on the outside of the shipping container. Please call our Customer Service Department (0086-755-81298065) if you need to return an item to receive authorization. If the rubber material is returned to us without authorization, the package will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.


Exchanges or refunds can only be issued once we receive the item is back at our warehouse.
The customer is responsible for transportation costs incurred to return non-defective rubber material back to Fullchance.

 

CUSTOM or NON STOCK ORDERS are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a pattern of defective workmanship in the material is documented.  We are not tyrants in this area but we can not re-stock material that is custom or not normally stocked.  Please call us if this situation arises.

There is a 40% restocking fee on all non-defective rubber material.  Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges to or from our dock.   Returned non-defective rubber material must be in the original unopened packaging in order to be eligible for any refund.

If a material is ordered and it is less than 36 Inches Wide and 50 Ft Long it is considered a custom cut and cannot be returned for any other reason than material quality or workmanship, this includes our rubber samples.  If RSR agrees to a return of custom material and the cause was NOT due to quality, a 40% restocking fee will be deducted for the refunded amount.
