Product Introduction
Fullchance Transparent Film Heating Element for Glass adopts ITO transparent conductive film technology. A conductive heating layer is deposited on the surface of the glass substrate, which generates Joule heat when powered on to realize defogging, defrosting and anti‑condensation on glass surfaces. It does not block optical vision and balances both light transmittance and uniform heating performance. Customization for flat and slightly‑curved glass is supported, and it is widely applied in optics, instruments, security, medical care, bathroom, vehicle‑mounted and other fields.
Key Features
High Light Transmittance: Imaging and observation remain undisturbed with clear visuals under strong light, and no metal wires block the line of sight.
Full‑Area Uniform Heating: The entire thin‑film generates heat with even temperature distribution and no local hot spots, preventing glass cracking caused by uneven heating and cooling.
Fast Heating Response: Heats up within seconds to rapidly remove dew and frost. It features low thermal inertia and sensitive temperature‑control response.
Ultra‑thin Integrated Design: The heating layer is integrated onto the glass surface for a slim and lightweight structure. It can be bonded with adhesive backing to save installation space.
Powerful Customization: Size, power, voltage and electrode lead‑out methods are all customizable. Float glass and quartz glass substrates are supported; flat and micro‑curved surfaces are both achievable.
Safe and Reliable: No open flame and low electromagnetic interference, suitable for long‑term continuous operation of industrial equipment.
