Transparent Heaters
Fullchance is a leading manufacturer of glass heaters for the flat‑panel display industry. Typically, the heaters are I.M.ITO™, available for epoxy or air use, for freestanding or laminated applications. The heaters are designed for 0.1 W/sq. in. – 5 W/sq. in.
Fullchance has developed a unique software process that predicts heat dissipation, power loading and temperature rise in different environments, making them robust and durable.
Fullchance is also a leading heater manufacturer for sapphire and silicon substrates, utilizing deposition of metals and/or oxides deposited in a grid‑like pattern. They deliver power up to 20 W/sq. in. and transmittance as high as 95 % across the 0.8 µm – 6.5 µm range. Ideal for near‑infrared and infrared applications.
