Innovative Method Reduces Heater Costs
Fullchance has developed this 300‑millimeter aluminum heater chuck. This chuck is not brazed; it uses countersunk set screws to compress two plates. The heater surface specifications are 0.003‑inch flatness and 0.005‑inch parallelism. With a 208‑volt power supply at 9.7 ohms, the heater can start at 25°C and rise from 100°C to 465°C within 23 minutes.
