Polyester etched circuits typically operate within a voltage range of 2 V to 240 V, including dual‑voltage versions, and are compatible with both AC and DC power sources.
Surface‑mount Sensors and Thermostats
Fullchance supplies a variety of sensors, thermostats and thermal fuses to maximize efficiency for your application, and these components can be integrated during assembly. Sensors can be mounted on both heated and non‑heated sections. RTDs or thermistors deliver direct on‑board temperature feedback and control for more sophisticated heater system assemblies.
Connection Leads
Multiple connection options are available. Typical selections include PVC insulation, Teflon® (TFE) insulation, 19‑strand silver‑plated copper conductors, flexible circuits and silicone rubber.
Attachment Methods
Pressure‑sensitive adhesive (PSA) can be bonded to customer parts at Shengbolin’s factory, or applied on‑site at the customer’s facility.
