Custom‑Shaped Medical‑Grade Polyester Flexible PET Heater
Our custom-shaped medical-grade PET heating pads are ultra-thin, highly flexible heating elements made of premium polyester (PET) insulating materials. Different from regular standard heaters, these flexible PET heating films support irregular contour customization, including curved shapes, hollow shapes, special cutouts and asymmetrical sizes, fully adapting to the internal assembly structure of various medical equipment.
With uniform planar heating, low thermal inertia and fast temperature response, the PET heating sheet provides stable and consistent heating performance for medical constant-temperature scenarios. It features safe flame-free operation, low power density and wide voltage compatibility, meeting strict medical safety and stability standards.
The flexible polyester heating film can be integrated with thermostats, thermal fuses, PT100 sensors and J/K-type thermocouples for precise temperature control. Optional self-adhesive PSA backing enables easy and firm installation.
