PET medical‑grade flexible electric heating sheet, also known as polyester‑etched thin‑film heating element, is a planar resistive flexible heating component. It adopts precision‑etched metal resistance heating circuits, hot‑press laminated and encapsulated between two layers of PET polyester insulating films. Ultra‑thin and flexible in overall structure, it is specially developed for low‑temperature constant‑temperature heating scenarios of various medical devices.
With an overall thickness of only 0.15‑0.25 mm, the product is lightweight and space‑saving. It features a small minimum bending radius and can be fitted and installed along curved surfaces and special‑shaped cavities. No open‑circuit failure occurs upon slight bending. Different from traditional resistance‑wire and silicone heating sheets, the PET heating film delivers low thermal inertia and fast temperature‑rise response. It provides uniform surface temperature with temperature difference controlled within ＜3 ℃ across the sheet, effectively avoiding local hot‑spots and meeting strict medical‑device requirements for temperature consistency.
The PET polyester‑film substrate offers excellent electrical insulation performance: withstands AC 1500 V / 1 min without breakdown, insulation resistance ≥5 MΩ, and operates flame‑free.
It features low moisture absorption, stable physical‑chemical properties, and long‑term service reliability. Custom‑shaped outlines, cut‑outs and reserved electrode positions are supported to match non‑standard assembly structures of medical equipment.
Widely applied in medical constant‑temperature therapeutic pads, infusion heating devices, medical insulation modules, portable medical warming accessories and other medical‑related heating units. Customization of power, operating voltage and working temperature is available according to customer drawings and technical specifications.
