Round‑shaped PET Heating Film
Round‑shaped PET heating film adopts etched‑foil heating circuits, hot‑press laminated and encapsulated between two layers of PET polyester insulating films. It is specially developed for constant‑temperature heating of circular cavities and round components. Ultra‑thin and flexible, with overall thickness of 0.15‑0.25 mm. Various circular configurations are available, including
full‑circle, ring shape and circle with inner cutout. Lead‑wire positions can be customized as required.
Featuring low thermal inertia and fast temperature‑rise response, the heating film delivers uniform temperature distribution across circular surface with surface temperature deviation less than 3 ℃, avoiding local hot‑spots. PET substrate provides excellent electrical insulation performance: withstand AC 1500 V / 1 min without breakdown, insulation resistance ≥5 MΩ, flame‑free and high‑safety performance. It supports slight curved mounting with small minimum bending radius and is resistant to open‑circuit failure upon gentle bending.
Customizable diameter, inner cutout, power and operating voltage. Reserved mounting position for NTC thermistor is optional for closed‑loop temperature control. Pressure‑sensitive adhesive backing is available for easy installation.
Widely used for circular heating assemblies of medical devices, constant‑temperature holders for compact instruments, cup heating, circular station warming for testing equipment and other low‑temperature constant‑temperature applications.
