Low‑temperature radiant heating filmis a planar flexible radiant heating element. Using non‑metallic conductive heating media such as carbon paste, carbon fiber and graphene as its core heating material, the conductive layer is coated and cured, then hot‑press encapsulated between two layers of PET polyester insulating films. When energized, electric energy is converted into thermal energy, and most heat is transmitted outward in the form of far‑infrared radiation. Different from conventional heating devices dominated by convection heat dissipation, it is a low‑temperature surface radiant heating solution.
With a finished thickness of 0.18‑0.28 mm, the heater is ultra‑thin and flexible. It can be processed into squares, rounds, rings and various special‑shaped structures. Cut‑outs and avoidance openings are supported, and electrode lead positions can be customized as required. Suitable for compact assembly spaces, it can be mounted on flat surfaces and gentle curved surfaces for flexible installation.
It features low thermal inertia and fast temperature‑rise response. Heat distribution across the whole surface is uniform with surface temperature deviation controlled within 3 ℃, effectively avoiding local hot‑spots. The PET insulating substrate delivers stable electrical performance: withstands AC 1500 V / 1 min without breakdown, insulation resistance ≥5 MΩ, flame‑free operation and high safety rating. It emits far‑infrared radiation within 8‑14 μm wavelength when powered on and achieves high electro‑thermal conversion efficiency. It heats objects directly mainly by radiation, which will not stir up air dust excessively and hardly cause dry air.
Boasting low moisture absorption and stable physical‑chemical properties, the heating film can withstand repeated slight bending without open‑circuit failure or resistance drift. It is suitable for long‑term continuous low‑temperature constant‑temperature operation, with standard continuous operating temperature ≤85 ℃.
Reserved mounting positions for NTC thermistors are available to realize precise closed‑loop temperature control with external temperature‑control boards. Versions with pressure‑sensitive adhesive backing are optional for easy bonding installation. Working voltage, power density and outline dimensions can be fully customized according to customer drawings and technical requirements.
Widely applied in medical physiotherapy equipment, wearable warming devices, laboratory constant‑temperature modules, pet constant‑temperature mats, anti‑condensation heating for instruments and other low‑temperature radiant heating applications.
