Design Requirements: Compliant with GB4706.1‑2003 General Requirements for Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances and GB4706.23‑1998 Special Requirements for Indoor Heaters.
Materials: Transparent PET film, transparent tempered glass.
Maximum Dimension: 406*356 mm.
Transparent PET Thickness: 0.100 mm, 0.125 mm, 0.15 mm, 0.175 mm.
Transparent Glass Thickness: 0.55 mm, 0.75 mm, 1 mm, 1.8 mm‑5 mm (customizable).
Haze: ＜2%; Adhesion: 100/100; Curl: ≤10 mm.
Sheet Resistance Uniformity: ＜7%.
Thermal Shrinkage: MD ≤1.3%; TD ≤1.0%.
Thermal Stability:
High‑temperature test: 80 °C, 120 h, variation ≤1.3%

The transparent heating film transmits more than 85% of visible light. Fine‑line heating elements extend service life and improve performance. Integrated temperature sensor is optional. Available in rectangular, circular or irregular shapes, with uniform or configured heating patterns. It can be equipped with integrated RTD sensors or controlled by non‑inductive temperature controllers. Suitable for low‑temperature operation of LCDs and other light‑transmission applications.
