Product Introduction
The monitor lens defrosting heater sheet is an electric heating element manufactured by patterning special metal foil into various resistance circuits and encapsulating them between insulating PET films. It features planar heating, high thermal efficiency, energy‑saving and low power consumption, fast temperature rise and low thermal inertia. With flexible material, it enables uniform heating for non‑flat objects. Its operating temperature can reach up to 110℃. The service life is 10 times longer than that of traditional heating‑wire heating elements. It generates no open flame for high safety and reliability, delivers precise temperature control and low thermal inertia, and boasts strong corrosion resistance. Its heat distribution can be customized. We can develop and design heating films of various shapes, sizes, voltages and heating temperatures per customer requirements, with no restrictions on operating voltage and temperature.

It can be easily integrated with thin thermal‑insulation materials to form lightweight heating elements with thermal‑insulation layers.
